Exploring STEM Through Hands-On Workshops
Year 4 pupils from St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School in Billingham had a fantastic time attending a STEM Day at Middlesbrough College.
Throughout the day, the children took part in a variety of engaging workshops, including engineering, film making, sport and fitness, and aerodynamics. The activities gave pupils the opportunity to explore new ideas, develop practical skills and work together to tackle a range of challenges.
Excellent Teamwork and Communication Skills
The children demonstrated excellent enthusiasm from start to finish and showed strong communication skills as they worked collaboratively to solve problems and complete tasks.
The visit was an exciting opportunity to experience STEM subjects in a hands-on environment and encouraged pupils to think creatively while learning new skills.
