Our Year 1 pupils had a truly fantastic day on their educational visit to Preston Park, filled with learning, exploration and plenty of smiles along the way.
Exploring Toys From the Past
During the visit, the children explored toys from the past, learning all about how children used to play many years ago. They took part in an engaging workshop and showed brilliant curiosity, asking thoughtful questions and making enthusiastic observations.
Hands‑On Fun and Play
One of the highlights of the day was visiting the All Aboard Playscape, where pupils had the chance to play and explore in a wonderfully imaginative environment. The day ended with some well‑earned time at the park, where laughter and excitement were everywhere.

This visit offered a perfect balance of education and enjoyment, helping pupils bring their learning to life in a memorable way.
