Our Nursery children led a beautiful Stay & Pray session this week, inviting families to join them in a special moment of prayer, reflection and celebration.
Introducing Mary, the Mother of Jesus
Together, the children introduced May as the Month of Mary, learning about how Mary said yes to being Jesus’ mother and why she is such an important figure in our faith. They celebrated Mary by offering flowers and speaking about kindness, love and care.
Learning Through Prayer and Play
The children enjoyed:
- Dressing the worship area
- Making colourful paper flowers
- Exploring the rosary beads
These hands‑on activities helped bring faith learning to life in a meaningful and age‑appropriate way.
