Our Reception class at St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School in Billingham had an out‑of‑this‑world adventure during their exciting visit to Wynyard Woodland Park.
Exploring the Wonders of Space
The highlight of the day was a visit to the planetarium, where the children learned all about the journey into space and explored the incredible wonders of our universe. Their curiosity and excitement were clear to see as they discovered planets, stars and everything beyond our world.
Creativity in Action
Back on Earth, the children got hands‑on by creating their very own moving solar systems, bringing their learning to life through creativity and imagination. It was wonderful to see their ideas take shape.
Smiles, Learning and Adventure
Despite a little drizzle, nothing could dampen the children’s enthusiasm. The day was filled with smiles, curiosity and fantastic learning experiences, making it a truly memorable trip for everyone involved.
