Wrap Around Care

At St. Joseph’s, we understand how important affordable childcare is for our families, that’s why we always strive to keep our wraparound care prices as low as possible. Our goal is to provide high-quality care that works for you, without adding unnecessary financial pressure.

 

Breakfast Club

Time: 7:30am – 8:45am

We offer free Breakfast Club from 8:15am each morning, for all children from Nursery to Year 6. Last entry is 8:30am.

If you require an earlier session, Breakfast Club is available from 7:30am to 8:15am, at a cost of £2.50 per session. The last 30 minutes from 8:15 – 8:45am is free!

Breakfast includes a range of options such as cereal, toast, fruit, yoghurt, milk and drinks. We continue to adapt the menu in response to children’s preferences.

In order to attend, children must be booked in via the Arbor App so that we can ensure appropriate safeguarding and staffing ratios.

 

Joe-Zone (After School Club)

Time: 3:15pm – 5:30pm

·       Cost: £3.50 per hour (3:15 – 4:15pm and 4:15 – 5:15pm) or £8.00 for the full session (3:15 – 5:30pm).

 

Booking Information

·       All wrap around care must be booked and paid for via the Arbor App.

·       Please make bookings at least 48 hours in advance so we can arrange appropriate staffing.

·       Bookings cannot be made over the phone (unless it’s an emergency).

Important Notice - Nut Allergies

Dear Parents and Carers, 

We know that some of our students suffer from nut allergies, and we take their safety very seriously. 

Every BHCET school meal is free of nuts or nut products, however, we cannot guarantee that all of our ingredients have been manufactured in completely nut-free environments, at all stages of their supply chain. In some cases, while our ingredients will be nut free, they will have been made in a factory that also produces products containing nuts. 

We also take all reasonable steps to try and minimise the chance that nuts are brought onto our school sites, by either pupils, parents or staff; but again, we cannot guarantee that our sites will always be completely nut free. 

We ask that parents please support us in this by remembering not to send your child to school with either a packed lunch or snack that contains nuts. 

We also ask that any parent of a child who suffers from a nut allergy, speaks to the school office to ensure that we have a robust individual care plan in place.
