National Storytelling Week brought so much joy, imagination, and excitement to St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School in Billingham. Throughout the week, our classrooms, corridors, and shared spaces were filled with the magic of stories - told, shared, and celebrated by our whole school community. This special week gave our pupils the opportunity to explore new books, revisit old favourites, and develop their love of reading in creative and meaningful ways.

What an exciting day for our school community! Our incredible children took to the pitch at Stockton Town FC for a football tournament that showcased not only their sporting ability but their outstanding character too. From the moment they arrived, our players looked the part - confident, focused, and ready to give it their all. And they didn’t disappoint! Every match was a display of determination, resilience, teamwork and true sporting spirit.
